Submissions

If you would like to contribute, please complete the form below. Please review the Submission Guidelines before beginning. Please complete all required fields and provide true and accurate information. Any incorrect information or data submitted can result in a rejection of your submission. Once your submission is made, our Audio Team will review all content and information. If any questions arise during the review, we will contact you via the email address you have provided.

Note that some of the fields will autopopulate with metadata values read from your selected audio file. Please be sure to double-check that those values are correct before submitting.

The submission form can only accept audio files one at a time. If you are the owner of a large database or library of mulitple species of fauna that you would like to submit to the Codex, please contact us directly to discuss our bulk submission process.
